My name is Ryan and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the nearly 100 photos as well as read this entire description and our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Volkswagen Passat GLX 4 Motion. As you can see this is a good looking VW. I would rate the exterior of this VW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage. As with any older vehicle please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with the age and mileage. On this specific VW, there is nothing much to disclose. Just the normal ware and tear like stone chips and such. Over all she looks good. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. The headlight lenses are nice and clear, not all hazed up and dull. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this VW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking though out the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are soft, supple and comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. I couldn't seem to get the sunroof to work for me though. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original and sounds good. The displays are easy to read, not all blanked out and pixelated. The trunk is spacious and clean. Over all this VW seems like a well taken care of car. Pride in ownership show throughout this Passat. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this VW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine dose not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feels good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. VW/Audi have been making the 2.8L V6 for well over a decade now and have proven time and time, again to be a well built and reliable motor.
