For sale is a 2001 Suzuki XL-7. It was purchased new in 2001 and there has been only one owner. It's been a great vehicle. It has a towing hitch, roof rack, leather seats, and 4-wheel drive. It has never had any engine or drive-train issues. It has normal wear for a 16 year old vehicle -- it has its scrapes and scuffs. It's great for towing and the for driving in the snow. It has not been in any accidents, as evidenced by the car's history report. The AC stopped working at the end of last summer. It probably needs a new AC compressor; the belt squeals sometimes, indicating the AC compressor is probably jammed up. The squealing goes away quickly, though. Check engine light has been on for a few months. I believe it is because one of the down-stream O2 sensors needs to be replaced, but i'm not exactly sure. That was what my ODBII tester was telling me. The passenger-side of the front bumper and fender is a little damaged. I taped it with black gorilla tape, and isn't really noticeable unless you go up close to the car. You can see it in the pictures. The vehicle does burn a little bit of oil because of its age. I like to check the oil every other time I get gas. You just have to keep up with it and it will keep driving just fine. The passenger side tire had a slow leak, so the full-size spare tire was put on in its place. The following have been replaced within the last few years and should not need replacing anytime soon (this is not a guarantee):-Radio-Alternator-Battery-Radiator-Front Rotors-Ceramic brake pads (should be about a year or less old)-Power steering-Struts (shocks)-Catalytic converter-Exhaust-Tires (should be 2 or 3 years old max) As you keep up the maintenance with the vehicle, you will have yourself a reliable ride.
