I have for sale today my fathers 66 Mustang coupe. My brother bought it from him in 82 and drove it till 98. It has been in his garage for 19 years . This is a original 6 cyl auto car with factory ps, and air. This has always been a central tx car. It has a little rust in places and the orig black vi top is all but gone. I haven't seen it , but my brother says it does have some rust in the floor .The ac quit working at one time and he removed it and put it in the trunk where it still sets. I did start the car to day with a can of gas . The motor sounded good ,but after a minute or two it went to flooding. The fuel tank will need to be cleaned out ,the carb will need to be cleaned and you know the rest to do for a car that hasn't been driven for 19 years. This is a great car to restore . The glass is good ,the windows roll up and down like they should and the doors open and close like they should. There are some extra parts that go with this car ,ie bumper, chrome , and a trunk lid. I know the motor was overhauled back in the late 70s or early 80s. It is full of oil and didn't smoke when it started. This should be a numbers matching car . Just after I took the pictures ,I put the car in my shop to keep it out of the weather .I do have a clear tx title in my hand . Look the car over and ask any questions you might have before you bid.
