My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the nearly 80 photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2005 Volvo XC90 T6. The Volvo XC90 is one of the best values on the market in a used SUV. I would rate the exterior of this XC90 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. She is finished in Titanium Gray over Black leather interior. The finish shines nicely all around. You can see, along the right side, that the finish isn't as smooth as the rest of the truck so I'd assume that side was repainted at some point. I caught it on my walk-around but most people probably won't notice day to day. Please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections, such as scratches and rub marks, commensurate with age and mileage. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gates all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlights show a little normal hazing from age, nothing unusual. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Michelin's with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this XC90 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show a few marks form age but are not excessively worn. A full set of floor mats are included. The cloth wrapping on the A-Pillars is loose, which is normal at this age. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are supple and comfortable, showing average wear for their age. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The power sunroof works but appears to be hanging up on the driver's side and will need adjusted to work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Access to the 3rd row of seating is simple and accommodating. There is an impressive amount of room back there for an SUV of this size. The cargo area is spacious and clean. There is an impressive amount of storage room behind the 3rd row for an SUV of this size. The 3rd row easily folds flat when not in use to open up an impressive amount of storage space. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this XC90 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.9L twin turbocharged inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The turbos spool up quickly and make good power. She hits the road as straight as an arrow. The check engine light is on. Like most XC90's, my diagnostic computer will not communicate with it so I cannot tell you what the check engine light is for like I usually do. What I can tell you is that I've personally put the last 200 miles on this truck with zero issues. She starts right up, drives straight and does everything an XC90 should do so my guess would be that the check engine light is for something stupid. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints.
