Please read this entire description as it explains most everything about the bike and sale. Payment and shipping terms are at the bottom of the listing. Thanks Selling my very nice 1962 R60/2. I am reluctantly selling the bike as I just received a total hip replacement and can no longer kick start anything. This bike was restored roughly 5 years ago and has been ridden very little since. The bike has sat for the better part of the last 5 years. The resto was first class. Full engine, transmission, brakes, rebuilt wheels, mag, generator, etc. Lots of chrome work done. Earles rebuilt, First class paint. The tank is perfect in and out. Bike has 27k original miles. Speedo is in kilos. New tires front and rear. The rear fender assembly was robbed a couple of years ago for another bike. A replacement fender in decent shape will be provided with the sale. It will need to be painted. The carbs were pulled to be rebuilt recently however the carb internals have been misplaced. It comes at least with the carb bodies. The bike ran and rode excellent prior to storage. The bike comes with a guarantee that the engine runs fine with carbs installed. Bike has outstanding compression as well as a snappy spark. With very little work this bike can be back on the road being enjoyed as it should be. Bike would need the fender assembly as mentioned, carbs finished or replaced and a battery.
