Hello! I am selling this car for my friend, who was quickly relocated to New York. It is currently garaged at my house in Hoffman Estates. This incredibly clean, one-owner car is a 2015 Porsche Macan S. The original MSRP on the car was over $71,000. It has an outstanding options list to the tune of over $20,000. Please see the build sheet below. The Macan S has full-time four wheel drive; a 3.0 liter, 340 hp, twin-turbo, v6; a 7-speed DSG transmission, adaptable air suspension, navigation, heater and cooled seats, and much more. It is currently, exactly 2 years into a 4 year, 40,000 lease. 2 years and 31,000 miles also remain on the bumper-to-bumper warranty. There are two ways you can buy this car:1) Transfer the lease through Porsche to your name. We will pay the fees to do so. The lease has 24 months, and 21,000 miles left. The payment is $1180 per month. You will not have to put any money down or pay for taxes with this option. Please contact me if this is the option you prefer. 2) Purchase the car outright. The buy-out on the car is $57,000; my friend is willing to take the loss with the Buy-It-Now Price. This will require your money to clear the bank and for him to pay off the loan before you take possession of the car. This will release the clear title. The car needs nothing.
