This 2001 H1 has been part of the family since 2008 and has been well maintained. It is 1 of only 32 Ocean Blue Metallic HMCS Wagons manufactured by AMG in 2001 and has many options not found on even the $60K+ 'restored' vehicles. All systems have been fully serviced and function as they should. There are NO warning lamps illuminated or Diagnostic Trouble Codes set according to the GM Tech 2 tool. The original under powered GM 6.5L 195HP diesel engine was replaced at 60,000 miles with a Peninsular (peninsulardiesel.com) H300T 6.5L 300HP Turbo diesel engine and Peninsular recommended off-road exhaust which improved performance dramatically. In addition to the Anti Lock Brake System this HUMMER H1 also has the TorqTrac TT4 automatic traction control system which senses wheel spin or loss of traction utilizing the same wheel speed sensors used by the ABS system. In the most severe terrain or on slippery surfaces TT4 activates and automatically transfers torque to the wheel(s) with the most traction because of the two Torsen torque sensing/torque biasing differentials. This system greatly enhances mobility in severe terrain. This HMCS Wagon has not been restored but as you can see from the pictures it is in very good condition. Keeping in mind that this is a 16 year old H1, there are some small chips, light scratches, and rivet head blemishes. There is one small ding in the middle of the driver's door. The Hummer body is aluminum so rust is not an issue. Also added a heavy duty battery disconnect switch mounted under the hood. On Jul-02-17 at 13:30:16 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to mention that when the LED Light Bar was installed, pre-wiring was also installed to accommodate additional lights if desired. There are 4 available mounting holes remaining on the light bar - 2 on each side of the 44" LED bar - and rocker switches, relays, fuses, and 12AWG wiring are already in place so that NO vehicle disassembly is necessary to add lights.
