This is a pre-owned clean 318i convertible BMW with an accident free history. This vehicle is protected in the garage from outside element when not in use. It is driven lightly on Tucson community streets. This car was proudly owned by my father-in-law for several years. He kept it maintained and kept maintenance records. A couple of years ago he moved into an assisted living community where he no longer needed his car. This is how I came to be the owner. Drove it from sunny Southern California to warm rust-free Southern Arizona. The vehicle performed as a BMW should all the way. With needing room in the garage now the decision was made to sell the fun driving beautiful sports car. This upscale near luxury rated beamer comes with 'Sport Mode' automatic and manual transmission, has New Battery, New Tires, 17" Chrome Wheels, New Convertible Top, Anti-Theft CD-Ready Radio, No Body Dents, Dings or Rust, nice clean interior upholstery and carpet, fog lamps, Clean Maintained Engine, plus Non-Smoker. The body is near perfect condition. The brakes, steering, alignment, transmission and engine are all great. The air flow sensor could use replacing, a simple inexpensive DIY pull and plug. I would do it myself but then that would deprive the new owner of getting under the hood and having some easy fun. This vehicle comes with maintenance records, owner's manual, Anti-Theft CD-Ready Radio owner's manual, two sets of keys, tools and spare tire in trunk. To open the soft top: Unfold and rotate the locking lever as far as possible. Raise the soft top approximately 8 in (20 cm) by overcoming the slight resistance. Unlock the soft top storage compartment with the handle in the left rear side panel trim. Raise the rear bow into a vertical position and hold it there. Lift the storage compartment cover and release the safety catch by pushing it to the right. Open the cover fully. Drop the rear bow into the compartment. Put the soft top, beginning at the front, into the compartment in a series of folds. Close the cover securely by pressing down at both sides until it is heard to engage at both sides. To close the soft top: Turn the ignition key in position 1. Unlock the soft top compartment and open it. Lift the soft top out at the side guides.
