Great summer project. 1978 right hand drive AMC postal mail jeep. CLEAR TITLE and current registration. NEEDS TLC. Does NOT RUN. Sold AS-IS where is. Must be towed away. Last time I started and drove the Jeep was about 10 years ago. It started and ran back then, however it has been sitting covered for a decade. Had issue where pulley was grinding on motor, not sure reason, possibly a bad motor mount not sure, that's why I originally stopped driving the vehicle. Can see pulley in close up pictures. Lots of rust as its almost 40 years old. Straight 6 cylinder engine. Not sure millage as odometer only has 5 digits so it could have rolled over, however it said 80,000 miles when I bought the jeep 15 years ago. Just sold my house and need to get rid of my project jeep and don't have a new place to store it. So hopefully it will become someone's new restore project. PICK UP ONLY. Located in Iowa City, Iowa.
