Work was done at European Performance in Wilmington, DE.Total Cost $2897.53 SMG Hydraulic Unit Motor/Pump replaced @101k miles. Work was done at Union Park BMW in Wilmington, DE. Total cost was $3699.19 Brakes replaced when car was in for subframe repair, New Rotors/Pads/Sensors etc.. Also replaced at the same time were all subframe mounts, Rear trailing arm bushings, Center mount/Quibo/Flex disc etc..any and all recommended bushings were done. Oil change completed as well. High flow catalytic converters installed recently. I've already tackled the major issues (subframe/SMG). Have not addressed the common E46 sunroof issue. Driving it feels like you're riding a tiger that's ready to attack and pounce at any moment. I purchased to use as a second car just for fun and daily drove an F350 truck. I sold the truck last fall and I've used this as a daily driver since. I tried to make it fit my lifestyle (family car), however I've come to realize this wasn't exactly a practical family car and I've since purchased a Toyota Tundra which is much more family friendly. Sadly for me (luckily for you?) the luxury of having a car just for fun has run its course. Obviously the car has no warranty and is sold AS is. Euro Tag and DE black tag both stay with me.
