This beautiful 1974 BMW r90/6 is all original, adult owned and very well maintained. 67,000 miles. Does not leak any oil, has great compression. Cosmetically in fantastic shape for its age. Dyna S electronic ignition. fully functioning front windshield and luggage rack. The tank has no significant dents, a few very small chips around the edge, seat has one small repair, fenders are in great shape with a paint chip on the bottom edge of the front fender. Exhaust pipes are totally solid, A couple small dents but no rust. Side covers have a few paint chips. All electrics work except horn. Good tires. Good brakes. Carbs cleaned, fuel tank cleaned, petcocks cleaned. This bike was bought through a friend whose neighbor has passed away, I was invited to look at the collection the man had. I have not heard the bike run more than a couple seconds (due to the electric start), It has been off the road for about 10 years but I have service records with notes from at least the last few thousand miles of its life. The man who owned it took such great care of his vehicles, when he parked the bike he even drained out the battery. IT NEEDS a battery, a starter rebuild, and possibly carburetor work. Clean NJ title in my name. I have multiple keys and a service manual for the bike.
