This can be verified through Mazda -Passed smog in Sept- --- THE BAD --- Small rip in drivers seat lumbar support - see pics Check engine light is on (Due to Low compression resulting from bad apex seals) I bought this car in Sept 2016 and drove it for 6 months - Now has a problem with apex seals as stated.If you know these cars, they have a rotary engine (Designed for High revs and manual trans fun) This car has an Auto Trans... The issue with rotary motors, is they seem to last for about 100K miles and eventually need a rebuild - This car had a complete motor swap about 13,000 miles ago - The problem with the car sitting, is that the apex seals are not constantly lubed while driving as they should be. The swap was 2 years ago, and the car then sat for a year undriven. --- THE UGLY --- As a result, it needs an engine rebuild or complete motor SWAP - BC the Car has low compression - It Can be driven, but is burning oil and smokes. It should really be towed, - (You can LS Swap These!!?? For $6 - $8K and dump the rotary motor) Could also use a new battery - Selling AS IS. w/ No Warranty.
