(nothing for this engine) 2004 is known to be the best year of the 1150 models as it has the dual spark engine to prevent the surging that was common on previous models. No issues! Clean, solid, very well maintained bike with records. This bike has been ridden and shows some wear, but none of which affects the ride-ability of this amazing machine. Some details of the flaws; the bike fell over in the garage by the previous owner. As a result, there is a crack above the rear signals, and on the plastic dashboard. I hot glued the crack on the dashboard and it hasn't spread or been an issue in the 40,000+ miles I have ridden this bike. There are a few broken pieces plastic towards the lower cowl, but are merely cosmetic and not noticeable as well as some heat bubbles in the paint behind the pipes, which is common on this model with this mileage.
