2003 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 C2 It is with a very heavy heart that I have come to the realization that I am getting old and, at the suggestion of my doctors, I should probably stop riding on two wheels. This, and only this reason, is why I have decided to sell my bike. This bike has been lovingly handled and housed since it was bought new. It has Less than 24,000 miles on it. (One could say I spent more time polishing than riding). It runs flawlessly. The oil and filter has been changed every year. When not being ridden, it is covered in a garage and on a trickle charger over the past 12 years. There is NO damage anywhere and I have never washed it with water. (It has seen rain a couple of times). The bike has been set up for Patriot Guard missions and has a large flag mount for a 3’/5’ flag next to the sissy bar. I have used it in many a parade and funeral escort honoring our fallen heroes. The flame paint is original and unblemished. It has been a most trustworthy steed and never failed me on the road. I have had fun personalizing it with my service and Patriot Guard logos. (I am a 32 year career Vet. and patriot Guard Ride Capt.) Original mufflers, seat, pegs, etc. and Honda Service Manual. All the parts look like they are new. I started changing things the day I got the bike. The bike got new tires last year also. Lastly, I am throwing in a motorcycle jack, handlebar mounted Garmin GPS and the 3’/5’/ flag I used to fly on the back. Kelly Blue book value (as of 4/22/2017) is $3080 with NO options. There are over $5000 in chrome, lights, bags etc. added at a blue book value of 20cents/$ = $1000. Plus the other perfectly good “spare” items and very low mileage makes this bike a bargain.
