Firstly, this car doesn't run. It will start with a jump and usually run fairly smoothly for a few minutes, and then stall. Oddly enough, I started it during a very cold day during the winter, and I had to turn it off after about ten minutes because it seems to like the cold. I can't figure it out and I'm moving in June, so it has to go. The interior is probably the best thing about this car, other than headliner beginning to sag a bit, the interior is in really nice condition. No tears or dry-rotting on the leather seats. The door panels are all clean, and the electric windows and sunroof work. The tires are crap. They hold air, but they are heavily weather-checked. The body is less than perfect. There is rust in the usual Jaguar spots, and the floor pans and trunk are in fairly rough shape, but definitely restore-able for the right person. The body panels are solid and dent-free. The front bumper has a dent on the right side from what must have been a slow speed impact. The leaper hood ornament and all of the emblems are in place with the exception of the Jaguar symbol on the passenger side front quarter panel. The odometer reads 38,356 miles, but the odometer is limited to five digits, so I assume it's really 138,356. This is a no reserve auction and I'm hoping to get back what I paid for it, but even if I don't, it's going to the high bidder. If you have any questions, shoot away.
