I am listing this truck for a friend. Here is a 1950 Chevy short box, this is a very dependable little pickup, it has the original motor and trans. The motor starts on the first turn every time no matter what the temperature, The motor runs and idles smooth, no knocks, no lifter noise and no smoke.. The charging system is 12 volt. The trans is quiet and shifts into all the gears as it should. There are some up to date features, such as new wiring harness with modern fuse panel. There is a Kenwood Bluetooth sound system with remote and hands free phone conversations. The truck has a new vintage air heater with a 3 speed heat and defrost blower withh electronic heat control. There is a 2" drop front axle, new shocks all the way around, new brakes, like new radial tires 235 60 R15 on front & rear. Under box 20 gal. fuel tank, electronic ignition and alternator. The lights, horn, wipers and turn lights work, the interior lights come on when the doors open.The body on the truck has straight body panels and fenders, the tail gate is there and functional. The doors are straight and the hinges are tight. The hood is straight and opens and closes perfect. The roof is perfectly straight. The door panels and headliner are the factory original, the flooring and seat cover have been replaced. Overall this is a very tasteful, clean and very dependable little truck that can be driven anywhere with no worries. This is not a show truck, just a cool tittle pickup that's safe and fun to cruise around in just the way it is.
