selling this 2004 escape that's been in our family since 20,000 miles. It's been an excellent vehicle for us, but now needs work. It's still drivable though I believe it needs new brakes. There are a number of wear/tear items normal with a 13 year old car. I also want to mention other items I know of; back lift gate glass door - one of the brackets is broke so fix, or just don't open the glass door (we just used the whole back door). The side interior door (see picture) - padding started to come off years ago so dad rigged it with screws :(. Tires are good - V6 engine...has a switch to turn on the 4x4 option but we never used...was fine for us in snow with regular front-wheel drive...might add more info later if I think of itOn Mar-26-17 at 15:11:31 PDT, seller added the following information: just to be clear, I'm not a mechanic so suggest potential buyer check out the escape first...it's a 2004 so doesn't run perfect or in perfect condition...it runs and drives but would strongly suggest a tune up ... not ready for a long road trip yet, and not what I'd call "reliable car", at least without checking everything out first ...On Mar-27-17 at 15:54:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Also, forgot to mention...radio is NOT working ... most likely a fuse so probably easy fix -
