NO TITLE DOES NOT RUN WILL NEED TO BE TOWEDIn the state of Georgia you just need a Bill of Sale.This is a project truck I bought about 5 years ago started and have never finished.I have replaced the Carburetor water pump and timing chain The truck did run when I got it I always replace those items on any old car or truck I would buy to fix and resell. The truck will need to have the windshield and gas tank replaced I would also replace both fenders and doors due to rust. The bench seat in the truck is just setting there and I have a pair leather Bucket seats that came out of a Grand Prix car, the drivers one is a power seat, that will go with the truck and some other miscellaneous parts too.I was in an auto accident a few years ago and don't do the restoring work any more.
