I am selling my 1971 Honda CB750 in Valley Green Metallic from my collection. I purchased this motorcycle from the original owner a few years back and have kept it in a large climatized garage along with my other bikes and only ridden it on a few occasions. The motorcycle is in original condition with the exception of the rear shocks. I have purchased a new original set but haven't put them on. The bike is in excellent condition with only 24,000 miles on the odometer. The paint is nice and glossy on frame and body as well as the chrome nice and shiny without pitting and there are still some yellow torque marks to be seen in some places. The bike is however 46 years old and so there is a certain wear and patina to be expected which includes fine hairline scratches on fenders, a few pin head spots on the gas tank, etc. There is a small dent on the right side of the gas tank not very noticeable near the bottom about the size of a nickel. This is not a restored bike but it is one of the nicest original CB750's I have come across and too nice to restore. What someone might consider which would really make it pop would be to restore the wheels especially the rear with new chrome and new spokes. But other than that I would leave it the way it is in fabulous shape. The exhaust is the original HM300 and is in excellent condition as well no rust nice chrome all around but with the common acid stain on left bottom pipe. The VIN number is CB750-1109544 and engine number 1109273 with date of manufacture 8/7. Bid with confidence there aren't many of these conserved originals around. Good luck!
