I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 BMW 323i Convertible with just 131,000 miles. As you can see, this is a good looking BMW. It is finished in Titanium Silver over black leather interior with a matching black soft top. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around this BMW. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The only bad thing I can say about the exterior is that there is a spot at the left corner of the windshield frame where you can see bubbles under the paint. All the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The black soft top looks to be in good condition with no noteworthy wear visible. All of the trim and cladding is intact. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continental's with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this E36 looks. These cars are getting harder and harder to find. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. Both front seats are showing a line of torn stitching on the seat cushion, which is common. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It's too cold to personally verify that the air conditioner is working effectively but I can tell you that the heater is great. The audio system has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player, which appears to be working properly and sounds good through the original Harmon Kardon speakers. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The power convertible soft top raises and lowers with the touch of a button. The trunk is spacious and clean, too. This BMW comes with two keys and two factory remotes. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times and feels smooth. The check engine light is on. I forget the code number but it was for the cam position sensor. This BMW is a pleasure to drive. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the five speed manual transmission feel good. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I've driven this car on multiple occasions and it has always taken me where I wanted to go with no issues. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle.
