I am getting older now and it's time to let go of my old truck to a good home. This old truck is a straight and solid 3100 short box pickup. This is an older restoration. The fenders and doors are straight and solid, the cab floor is solid original sheet metal. the doors open and close as they should. The motor starts in any type of weather and runs smooth, no smoke. Recently redone: brakes, battery and fuel pump. This truck rides, drives and stops like a 1952 model. These trucks were designed to cruise at 50 to 55 mph. the running lights and brake lights all work. There are no issues with the clutch, no slipping, no clutch chatter. The trans. is quiet in all the gears and shifter is tight.There is a new wood floor in the box with new polished stainless strips. The charging system is 6 volt, the starter spins like a 12 volt, the generator works, the temp. gauge works, the fuel gauge does not work, the speedo. works. The windshield has a small crack across the lower corner, there are no other cracked glass. I do have an extra windshield that will be included in the sale, but not installed. The window seals were replaced at the time of restoration and are still like new. The truck has been stored inside. You can expect a few chips in the paint, as this is not a show truck by any stretch of the imagination, but a very presentable old truck. Thanks very much for your time checking out the old truck.
