1983 AMC Eagle Limited For sale is an 83 AMC Eagle Limited wagon. My brother originally bought this car to keep. He wanted to restore the car mechanically so he could use it so thats what we did as well as other minor cosmetics repairs such as recovering the driver seat. It runs and drives amazing. It needs some more cosmetic repairs to look show ready but this eagle will get you many compliments. It is a reliable useful vehicle. It uses the 4.2L inline 6 jeep engine and after its rebuild it pulls nicely. Already has hitch setup with working trailer lights. Fog lights work. 4WD is in perfect working order. Car has lots of space inside and has movable roof rack bars, also luggage cover for back. This car is very intact. You can restore further or enjoy and use as is. This car will not strand you. I will include all the paperwork I have with the car as well as some misc spare parts. I tried to picture the rust as best I could its minor and not structurally detrimental. If you want more details or pictures please ask, Original paint. Rebuilt original engine by Jasper (has only a few hundred miles on it since installed.) Reman. Trans transfer case has been rebuilt and switches between 2 and 4 well. New Champion aluminum radiator factory Air compressor and rear air shock setup. compressor works. and were air shocks were replaced and function as should. New shocks in front as well. New C.V. Axles in front Tuned 2150 motor craft carb upgrade and emission delete Runs strong and has lots of torque. Good tires original size. Things that need Attention: rust under battery tray area and down near radiator on passenger side (pictured) minor dent near light most hidden by light bezel radio turns on but has no signal. rear power windows aren't working. Motors worked so could be no power to motor. Passenger seat needs recovered minor interior needs weatherstripping in some places. minor chips in paint.
