Vehicle Detail
1963 International 220 POWERHOUSE! 2-1/2 ton truck, flatbed with a utility crane (very old hyd + electric winch). Has a screaming Jimmy(runs at about 3400rpm), Detroit V6-53 blown 2 stroke, with an over/under browning box, and 5 spd trans (15spd) and Air brakes. I towed a 12,000lbs boat and trailer back and forth 10-12 miles each trip, every other weekend for about three years. Never had a problem. This is a very capable work truck, NOT a show vehicle. However probably gets more looks than anything out there. VERY LOUD exhaust. This a great rolling billboard, put your business name on the door. Military rims and tires. These do not come with it. Heres a quick video. Phone was about out of memory, so had to hurry. https://youtu.be/eK3xtLY6BHQ Contact me if you'd like 530-440-5553 Kevin. In this new video, you'll see the truck fire up cold (bout a week since last fire up). You'll see air Grille is functional, the louvers close. Then I run though sec and third gear, and when I am backing up. I hit all the browning gears. Notice the hyd assist steering works great. NEW VIDEO - https://youtu.be/QyqPnVgyaLw THE RUFF- Very straight, but has rust under the wind screen, some in both lower corners, not terrible, just noticeable. There's a chip in the wind screen. My location is good for a big rig to come get this, so shipping is made a little easier. Tach stopped working, ILL JUST PUT IT LIKE THIS. THIS TRUCK IS A GREAT RUNNING DRIVING WORK TRUCK, THAN NEEDS RESTORAITION. CLEAR CALIFONIA TITLE ON A NON OP. On Dec-04-16 at 08:32:09 PST, seller added the following information: For the question that keeps being asked. Will this truck make it to XXXX? I have driven this rig locally for years. Have I driven it cross country? No. If I did, My concerns would be the tires. They are very old. Good tread. Hold air. But have a few cracks. I would have some extra fuel filter on hand. Maybe a diesel dip stick to gauge fuel. I would definitely give it a service (at least all zerts). Oh Yeah, bring a nice set of earplugs(or headphones)! This thing is a beast to drive long distance. The farthest I have drove it is about 100 miles. It wears you out. But hey, the old timers did it all the time.
