I purchased this unrestored 305 scrambler from the previous owner in Minnesota in 2011. It's been in indoor storage for almost 40 years. The previous owner stopped riding and parked it in their garage sometime in 1977 (previous owner left me the Minnesota plate). I purchased it on Oct 22nd of 2011 and stored it indoors for another 5 years. Now its time for a new owner. It has 13,039 miles (engine VIN CL77E1002329 - real close to the frame VIN so its matching numbers). It starts, runs and rides really well. This was going to be my week-end fun bike but a new home purchase has priority. The tool kit is in the tool canister. the fuel tank is extremely clean and rust free. The original seat is immaculate and supple with no tears or rips. The original muffler is straight and not rusted out. One of the original owners didn't like the silver scrambler color so they sprayed the bike green which although is not original is in very good condition with just a tad of fading. The chrome and aluminum surfaces are almost show quality. Its evident this scrambler was indoors and pampered its entire life. If you're looking for an extremely original, complete and excellent running early model CL77 this is about the closest you'll find. New front and rear Cheng Shin factory size tires, new tubes, wheels checked for straightness and balanced, new front and rear sprockets (factory gearing), every oil seal on the motor has been replaced with OEM Honda seals (no leaks anywhere), carburetors cleaned and tuned, new spark plugs, new battery, new fuel hoses with factory clamps. All lighting works good except the low beam headlight is burnt out. I can provide free transport within 200 miles. I have a lot more close up photo's and video of it running so just ask.
