For sale is a 2001 Ford F250 with a 7.3L diesel V8 in good condition. This truck runs and drives strong, with a proven workhorse engine in absolutely great running condition. It has been maintained very well with synthetic oil changes on regular intervals. This truck has undergone significant maintenance and servicing to include new turbocharger, injectors, fuel pump, and front shocks; fresh oil change with new oil and fuel filter; and fuel tank/fuel pickup cleaned and serviced. Upon replacement of injectors, the engine was compression tested to show the running condition and lack of wear on the engine. All cylinders showed 375-400 psi, proving that the engine is in outstanding condition with minimal piston ring and cylinder wear.
