Here's a half decent Ford Taurus that we are looking to clear out from the estate. The tires are in very good condition. New alternator, headlamps, and fuel pump in the past year or so. Brakes seem fine. AC works fine. Mom got a new car, so this one has to go. The inspection ran out, so it will need to be inspected. Here are the known issues: The red lens on the back right light will need to replaced or fixed (see pics). The car door locks work, but they are no longer all automatic. There is a piece of rubber stripping on the back door that needs to be reattached. Might need a new thermostat at some point as it seems to take a while to warm up. While the car looks respectable there are scuff marks, scratches, rust (see pics), wear marks and everything else that comes with being old. Due to the age of this car, every month or so I would check all of the fluids. I would have to add about a 1/2 quart of oil every now and then. This practice should continue by the new owner. Here's an opportunity to pick up a half decent vehicle on the relative cheap. We are just looking to clear it out. Please come and check it out prior to bidding.
