In 1986 a $35,000 truck was unheard of until this truck showed up on many Chevrolet lots across the U.S. This was the "Cowboys Cadillac" and the dream truck of many a young man. This was also pretty much the beginning of the Conversion truck era. Here we have a 1986 1 ton Chevrolet Crew Cab 2wd dually with only 106,000 miles. This is a very hard-to-find truck ang comes equipped with a 454 (big block) and a 3 speed automatic TH400 transmission. It breathes through headers and true 3"dual exhaust and glass pack mufflers that really sound awesome.The engine is Super Strong, it does not leak any fluids, has a 4 barrel carb. Good Cold A/C,and dual fuel tanks that function properly.It has the factory Silverado package with tilt,cruise,power windows, power locks, cloth seats,and carpet.It is also the factory "Camper Special" with the West Coast style camper mirrors. It has never been wrecked, but there is a 2"x6" piece of fiberglass broken off of the lower RR fiberglass fender ( pictured ). Looks like a mud flap may have caused it.Other than that,it's as nice as a 30 year old custom paint can be.This is virtually a rust free truck.
