For sale I have a 2002 F-250 equipped with the 7.3 liter diesel "Power Stroke" engine. I purchased the truck mid September. The truck quit running. I thought it was a bad injector, so I replaced the injector but that did not seem to remedy the issue. I had it taken in to the shop where it was discovered that it needed a new ECM. The ECM was replaced, but that did not fix the issue. It was then discovered that there was no compression in one of the cylinders. I do not know to what extent the engine will need work, but it will need work. It has had a new starter with a lifetime warranty installed, the front end has been rebuilt entirely (previous owner), it has about a 4 inch lift kit on it with almost new rubber. IMPORTANT: I do have the title, and the original owner has already signed it in order that I could take it to the DMV and have it registered in my name. The truck quit running before I had the opportunity to do so and I have not put the truck in my name as I do not see the reason on paying the taxes on a vehicle that is not benefiting me in any way.
