PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows, The Successful Winning Bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the Auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 24 HOURS following the end of the A Auction, a $500.00 Pay Pal Down Payment shall be received. A BANK WIRE TRANSFER IS PREFERRED. If a Down Payment is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. If the Buyer does not complete the Transaction the Seller will retain the Down Payment. All financial transactions should be completed within 5 DAYS after the auction has ended. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID. The Seller prefers a Bank Wire Transfer or US Currency for Final Payment. Pennsylvania Buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out of State Buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in their own states. We do ship cars. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel this Auction at any time at our discretion. Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax in PA. A $189.00 Doc. Fee will be added to the Final Sale Price of each online transaction, which will cover document preparation, listing, and maintenance fees. Temporary Transit Tags for our out of state buyers are available for additional $99.00, which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days. In order to obtain this tag you will need proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. There will be a storage fee of $11.99 per day if the vehicle is not being picked up with 7 Days after the Auction has ended. By Placing a Bid on this Vehicle you are entering into a Legal and Binding Contract to Purchase the above described Vehicle. I (Seller) reserve the right to cancel bids or end the Auction early should the item no longer be available. Appropriate feedback will be left for all transactions!
