Vehicle Detail

UPDATE: Today I went out to take it around the block for a few minutes so it isn't sitting for more than a couple of days at a time, and it started blowing blue smoke after about 15 minutes. Temp didn't go up, but I'm afraid it may be a blown head gasket. Parked it and shut if off right away, would be a good candidate for a rebuild with the condition of the body. Lowered the starting bid and BIN price. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Bright red, nearly rust free (one tiny patch behind the driver rear door) body with some faded clear coat on the roof and hood, and a crack in the bumper at the driver side. Someone hit the driver rear corner last night while parked on the street and there is damage to the bumper. There's a couple of cracks and it's pushed out, but should be easy to pop back in place and look ok. No other damage. Starts up and runs every time, new battery less than 2 months ago and a fresh oil change with Mobil 1 0W40 just last week. Track rated Falken Azenis tires look sleek on the car and grip the road well.Automatic transmission with a 4-cyl high-output Turbo engine. Station wagon body with a sports car under the hood. Tan leather interior in great shape, no tears or damage. Heat works, but blower motor is all-on or all-off due to a bad resistor, and the AC is not working.Front suspension could use some renewal, makes noise around corners. Occasional clunking that sounds like it could be CV joints and the engine and transmission mounts could use replacing. A few things here and there could use attention with just over 240k miles. New head gasket was replaced around 175k by the previous owner. Throttle body fluttering at times and could use a good cleaning, O2 sensors should be replaced, and a lot of other regular maintenance type things. No promises, no guarantees.I just bought this a few months ago for $1800 and have decided to keep my Saab 9000 instead. I miss the 5-speed, even if the body is in better shape on this 9-5. It's not a perfect car, but it runs and drives and it's bright red. Just looking to let it go before the snow starts so I don't have to store it for winter, and so no one else has a chance to hit-and-run again.
