1948 Ford F-1 *For Sale* This southern truck always starts and stops like Ford intended. A body off restoration was completed and then the vehicle was stored in an environmentally controlled building for many years. The condition of the truck meets AACA (Antique Automobile Club of America) standards for originality. The frame was cleaned and painted, all rubber mounts, gaskets & seals replaced. New wiring harness installed. New glass all around & seals installed. The seat was recovered with correct material. The truck was painted the correct color, Monsoon Maroon. The engine is a 100 HP V8 with a 3 speed floor shift transmission, and 3.73:1 rear axle ratio. The owner lost interest. The truck was sold and then brought up to date mechanically. The vehicle is registered, insured and driven periodically.
