Within 24 HOURS following the end of the A Auction, a $500.00 Pay Pal Down Payment shall be received. A BANK WIRE TRANSFER IS PREFERRED. If a Down Payment is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. If the Buyer does not complete the Transaction the Seller will retain the Down Payment. All financial transactions should be completed within 5 DAYS after the auction has ended. In order to obtain this tag you will need proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.
