Re-listing due to winning bidder not following thru with transaction. If you don't have the money or you have to ask your wifes permission then don't bid. It costs money and time to list vehicles and I don't want to waste yours or mine. With that being said. I have a running, driving 1973 Jeep CJ5. Lots of new parts including gas tank, fuel sending unit, fuel lines, fuel pump, filter and regulator, distributor cap, rotor button, wires, plugs, temperature gauge, battery, tail lights, windshield, tailgate and bikini top. Jeep has 15x10 steel wheels with 33x12.50x15 mud terrain tires with good enough tread to ride awhile on. Looks like the Dana front and rear differentials with a suspension lift, good shocks and steering stabilizer. The brakes work, but they are manual drum brakes with those big tires and wheels, so you have to give yourself a little room to stop. All the 4 wheel drive works as it should, manual hubs, transfer case and transmission. Clutch is strong with no problems. Engine does not smoke or rattle. I cannot tell you the exact mileage, because the speedometer was not working when I bought the Jeep. I put a cable on it and got it working now along with the fuel gauge and oil pressure. Heater fan works also. The Jeep is surprisingly solid for its age. Frame doesn't show any rust. Tub has a couple of patches in the floor pans with the rust thru spot in the passengers side (see pics) and in the bed area. No back seat. It could use some slip on seat covers on the front. They are busted at the seams in a couple places. Nothing covered with bedliner on this Jeep. What you see is what you get. Jeep is priced accordingly. I can help with shipping.
