My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Saab 9-3 with the desirable manual transmission. Saab's are special cars, to me. I buy and sell as many as I can get my hands on. In fact, my personal daily driver has been a Saab 9-3 for the past few months and I love it. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. She is finished in a medium blue over black leather and shows well for her age. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The only bad thing I can really point out on the exterior of this Saab is a little rust spot on each side of the car on the dog leg by the plastic molding piece. This is common as these cars age. The finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact, too. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Saab looks. I would also rate the interior of this Saab to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets have a few marks here and there but are acceptable for their age. The seats also show well for their age and are comfortabe. It looks as if the driver's seat cushion has already been replaced. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The stereo works properly and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Although these are small cars, they are deceptively roomy...especially when it comes to cargo carrying capacity. When you open the rear hatch, you have access to a storage area most modern SUV's would be jealous of...and you can fold down the back seats for even more room. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Saab looks. Mechanically, this 9-3 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks (but I'm sure it leaks something, somewhere at this age) and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are alright. Immediately upon driving, you notice that she'll need some work in the front end. If I had to guess, I'd say an engine mount and maybe control arms...but that's just a guess. I've driven the car 30+ miles at all speeds and she is stable. You'll just want to get it looked at and service what is due for service before you put too many miles on it. The steering pulls a little to the right but feels solid. Braking feels good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels good. Other than an airbag light, there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are clean and precise. 3rd gear scratches a little going in, but nothing terrible. Out on the highway, she gets around pretty good for an old girl. Like I said, plan on having the front end serviced in the very near future, plan on replacing the rear muffler and you should be good to go. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Saab 9-3 with the desirable manual transmission. Saab's are special cars, to me. I buy and sell as many as I can get my hands on. In fact, my personal daily driver has been a Saab 9-3 for the past few months and I love it. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. She is finished in a medium blue over black leather and shows well for her age. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The only bad thing I can really point out on the exterior of this Saab is a little rust spot on each side of the car on the dog leg by the plastic molding piece. This is common as these cars age. The finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact, too. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Saab looks.
I would also rate the interior of this Saab to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets have a few marks here and there but are acceptable for their age. The seats also show well for their age and are comfortabe. It looks as if the driver's seat cushion has already been replaced. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The stereo works properly and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Although these are small cars, they are deceptively roomy...especially when it comes to cargo carrying capacity. When you open the rear hatch, you have access to a storage area most modern SUV's would be jealous of...and you can fold down the back seats for even more room. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Saab looks.
Mechanically, this 9-3 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.0L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks (but I'm sure it leaks something, somewhere at this age) and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are alright. Immediately upon driving, you notice that she'll need some work in the front end. If I had to guess, I'd say an engine mount and maybe control arms...but that's just a guess. I've driven the car 30+ miles at all speeds and she is stable. You'll just want to get it looked at and service what is due for service before you put too many miles on it. The steering pulls a little to the right but feels solid. Braking feels good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels good. Other than an airbag light, there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are clean and precise. 3rd gear scratches a little going in, but nothing terrible. Out on the highway, she gets around pretty good for an old girl. Like I said, plan on having the front end serviced in the very near future, plan on replacing the rear muffler and you should be good to go.

Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while the auction is live or after the auction closes. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced, reconditioned and inspected.
