My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Volvo XC90 AWD with the desirable 2.5L turbocharged five cylinder engine. I would rate the exterior of this XC90 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. The burgundy finish has a mile deep shine that looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific XC90, the only bad thing I can really point out on the exterior is that the plastic headlight lenses are showing some normal fading from age. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are intact and show well. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. I wold rate the interior of this XC90 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The black interior looks good against the burgundy exterior and matching black trim. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a few marks from age but are presentable, overall. The dash and headliner are clean. The only bad thing I can point out about the interior is that the cloth is sagging on the headliner and loose on the A-pillar covers...both are common with Volvo's of this age but this one is a little worse than usual so I wanted to mention it in case you don't catch it in the photos. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The wood interior trim looks nice and gives a warm feel to the cabin. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger as well as rear controls, too. The air conditioner blows COLD AIR. Access to the 3rd row is simple and easy. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Access to the cargo area is simple. Volvo uses an off-center split tail gate which makes loading simple items easy without having to open an enormous tail gate, like in other SUV's. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Volvo XC90 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L turbocharged five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This Volvo has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of September, 2016. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Volvo XC90 AWD with the desirable 2.5L turbocharged five cylinder engine. I would rate the exterior of this XC90 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. The burgundy finish has a mile deep shine that looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific XC90, the only bad thing I can really point out on the exterior is that the plastic headlight lenses are showing some normal fading from age. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are intact and show well. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully.
I wold rate the interior of this XC90 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The black interior looks good against the burgundy exterior and matching black trim. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show a few marks from age but are presentable, overall. The dash and headliner are clean. The only bad thing I can point out about the interior is that the cloth is sagging on the headliner and loose on the A-pillar covers...both are common with Volvo's of this age but this one is a little worse than usual so I wanted to mention it in case you don't catch it in the photos. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The wood interior trim looks nice and gives a warm feel to the cabin. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger as well as rear controls, too. The air conditioner blows COLD AIR. Access to the 3rd row is simple and easy. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Access to the cargo area is simple. Volvo uses an off-center split tail gate which makes loading simple items easy without having to open an enormous tail gate, like in other SUV's. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
Mechanically, this Volvo XC90 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L turbocharged five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This Volvo has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of September, 2016. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
