Hello! Today we are selling a Low Mileage 2004 Subaru Baja. This vehicle DOES NOT RUN. This vehicle will need the motor either rebuilt or replaced. We took this vehicle in on trade at our dealership with every intention of fixing it and listing it for sale. Things have changed and we will be closing this location at the end of the month so we no longer have the time to do the repair work. We now need to let this very rare vehicle go. This vehicle will be sold "As-Is" due to the non-running condition. This Subaru is in pretty good physical condition and should only require minimal cosmetic reconditioning. The majority of the defects are small paint scratches as well as a cracked fog light on the passenger side. We estimated that our mobile paint touch-up guy could handle 90% of these blemishes. The body itself is very straight and didn't appear to need any additional work (There is one spot near the drivers headlight that is dented and has been touched up that would require a more professional approach to take this vehicle into the very good-excellent category...this is the remaining 10% of the blemishes). The tires do have reasonable tread but we would not recommend driving on them without getting a professional opinion from a reputable tire shop. For the sake of this auction we will say that they should be replaced as we don't know the history of them and we are not a tire shop. The Interior of this vehicle is very clean with only minor wear on the driver seat bolster and a scratch on the inside passenger rear door panel. Other than that there appears to be pretty limited wear. We would currently rate the interior a 7/10 based on the age of the vehicle (Small seat repair and it would move to an 8 pretty easily). Very minimal reconditioning would be required on the interior and in most cases would probably be more than sufficient as it is for most drivers. This vehicle has a Clean Title, a 2 Owner Clean Carfax, 2 Keys and 2 Remotes. It also comes with a set of Rubber Floor Mats and also a set of Carpeted Floor Mats. Overall this is a pretty nice vehicle that we were looking forward to selling on our lot. After replacing/rebuilding the motor you should have a pretty nice and pretty rare Baja. Take the reconditioning a little further on the physical side and this could be a very nice Baja without too much effort. If you have any questions or need any specific information please call.
