Up for sale is a rare RUST FREE restored/original 1988 Ford Bronco! This bronco under went ALOT of work! The paint is 90% original. A few touch ups were made and it came out amazing. The interior is completely original is in Fantastic shape! The undercarriage was coated with chassis paint. The axles were drained of all old differential fluid, and recieved new synthetic differential fluid. The fuel pump was upgraded to the post 1990 style. Pre-1990 ford bronco's and f-series pickups had two fuel pumps. They had one high pressure fuel pump on the fuel rails, and a second low pressure fuel pump in the fuel tank. The post 1990 Bronco's and F-series pickups had only 1 high pressure intank fuel pump. So instead of having 2 fuel pumps to worry about, it now has only 1! The engine is a Fuel injected Ford 5.0 V8. The engine was taken out, torn apart for inspection, put back together with new seals, gaskets, filter, synthetic fluids, primed, and painted. New spark plugs, spark plug wires, new sensors, distributor cap and rotor. The transmisson and transfercase were thouroughly drained, cleaned, primed, painted, put back in with brand new synthetic fluids, and filter. The transmission is a 4-speed AOD and the transfercase is BW 1356. The tires are BRAND NEW and have less than 100 miles on them! Brand New rear window motor, battery, power steering pump, and the AC was converted to R134A. I am sure there are some other things I am forgetting. As I said in the beginning, this is a GREAT bronco that has had ALOT of great work done to it while still remaining the originality of it. Its not very often that you run across a bronco that is in this good of original condition, and has had some major improvements! This vehicle is not perfect and I am not claiming it to be.
