Vehicle Detail

1967 Honda CB77 SuperhawkNo Reserve Honda’s first sport bike was the CB77, and some consider it to be the template for Honda’s next two decades of motorcycles. You may know it as the Superhawk, or the bike ridden by Robert Pirsig in Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Aaron Frank called the CB77 “the first modern Japanese motorcycle” and it offered the biggest engine that Honda made at the time – a 305cc unit that produced 28.5 horsepower. It weighed 350 pounds and had a top speed of 95 miles per hour. My Superhawk is in good condition and runs great. The bike has a set of NOS Mufflers, hard to find these days! The bike as been repainted years ago and the front fork lowers have been painted red and should have been painted silver but it looks good. The seat is a new reproduction, everything else is stock. New tires installed, battery, oil change, tune up, valves and the cam chain have been adjusted. It's ready to ride and show. It's a matching numbers bike.
