"NO RESERVE AUCTION" High Bidder Wins! I have a 1985 Honda VF500F for sale. I purchased this bike as a project with my son. It runs great and has plenty of power! She has lots of "get up and go".My son and I went through this bike and replaced all of the worn parts. It just needs someone to ride it. My son and I are both over six feet tall and Honda 500 Interceptors were designed for people under six feet tall. This bike is set up for solo riding. NOTE: I will not ship this bike. It has to be picked up in person with the remaining cash due for the sale. My son and I modified the foot controls so that they are mounted lower and just slightly forward of their original location. The passenger peg mounts were removed. We also swapped the mufflers from one side to the other and welded new mounts. We both think it looks much better this way. The bike rides well, and I have taken it on a few 90 mile round trips. It is just a little too cramped for me.
