LOOK AT THE TACHOMETER PICTURES , IT SHOWS THE SUPERBIKE WITH CHOKE ON, 4500 RPMS AND NO CHOKE 2500 RPMS., AH, THE SOUND!!! YOU CAN REV WITH THROTTLE! SHE IS ALIVE!! ITS A SUPERBIKE, A CRUISER SUPERBIKE, WITH 100 H.P. AND WILL DO THE QUARTER MILE IN 10.93, ACCORDING TO CYCLE MAGAZINE 1983! THE BIKE HAS A OPEN AND CLEAN MASSACHUSETTS TITLE AND BILL OF SALE, READY FOR TRANSFER. I HAVE A OPEN TITLE FOR THIS BIKE, JUST LIKE I GOT THEM. I WILL SIMPLY PASS THEM ALONG TO YOU. THE TIRES HAVE A FEW HUNDRED MILES ON THEM. THE CARBS WERE CLEANED AND RE INSTALLED IN 2015. THE BIKE HAS ALL THE STOCK AIR CLEANER SYSTEM IN PLACE. WAS TAKEN OFF ROAD AROUND 2010. I ALSO HAVE THE ORIGINAL HONDA SERVICE MANUAL FOR THIS BIKE, BONUS!!! **08-27-2016, I PURCHASED A NEW BATTERY THE COST WAS $80. I INSTALLED IT. ALL ELECTRICALS WORK. BRAKE LIGHT, BLINKERS, HORN, ETC. THE BIKE STARTS RIGHT UP AND ENGINE SOUNDS GREAT, NO STRANGE NOISES. THE GAS TANK HAS NO DENTS, NO DINGS. THE PAINT IS ORIGINAL. IT HAS A FEW MINOR WEAK SPOTS ON RIGHT SIDE OF THE TANK. I AM POINTING TO ONE LITTLE SUCH BLEMISH. ABOVE THAT YOU CAN SEE SOME "WEAK" PAINT AREA. THE GAS TANK IS NICE FOLKS. I MENTIONED SOME MINOR BLEMS. THE GAS TANK PAINT IS VERY NICE AND ORIGINAL. IT HAS MINOR BLEMISHES, BUT NO DENTS AND NO DINGS !!! THE SIDE COVERS ARE VERY NICE, WITH MINOR BLEMS. CLEAN AND BRIGHT SIDE COVERS. I HOPE TO PASS IT ALONG TO A VINTAGE MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIAST. THE UNDERNEATH OF THE MAIN TANK IS BEAUTIFUL, NO RUST. THE BIKE HAS NEW COOLANT ALSO. THE BIKE STARTS RIGHT UP AND SOUNDS GREAT. THE CARBS WILL NEED ADJ, IM SURE. PAINTED GAS TANK HAS THE "PROP ROD" FOR SERVICE. YES. PAINTED GAS TANK IS ORIGINAL PAINT. HAS NO DENTS, NO DINGS. MINOR WEAR AND TEAR. ITS DARK PAINT FOLKS. DARK PAINT SHOWS BLEMS IN SUNLIGHT MORE THAT A WHITE BIKE. GEEZ. THE SIDE COVERS ARE BRIGHT AND SHINEY, HAVING MINOR SCRATCHES. FRONT FENDER HAS NO DENTS. I DO NOT HAVE STOCK REAR BLINKERS. THE TAIL HAS NICE ORIGINAL PAINT ALSO, MINOR SCUFF ON SIDE, GEEZ. THE BIKE PRESENTS VERY WELL. THE ORIGINAL PAINT LOOKS GREAT!! THE ORIGINAL PAINT GAS TANK IS VERY NICE, ITS CLEAN AND READY FOR GAS!! THERMOSTAT WIRE IS NOT HOOKED UP. GOTTA SEARCH FOR THE LEAD. I WILL LOOK FOR IT, SMALL WIRE. THE GAS TANK THAT IS UNDER THE SEAT, HAS "SOME" GAS IN IT,IT SHOULD BE SIPHONED OUT. I FILLED THE GAS LINE WITH FRESH FUEL AND I STARTED THE BIKE FOR A MINUTE AND TOOK PICTURES. I REVVED THE MOTOR A LITTLE AND HEARD NO STRANGE NOISES. THAT WAS THE EXTENT OF MY TESTING!! THE FUEL LINE WAS SPLICED. YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT WITH A SINGLE LINE. THE BIKE SAT IDLE FOR A FEW YEARS, PRIOR TO ME BUYING IT. I NEVER ROAD TESTED THE BIKE. I HAVE NOT RIDDEN THE BIKE. I BOUGHT THE BIKE AND STARTED THE MOTOR, TO HEAR IT, IT SOUNDED FINE! YOU THE BUYER MUST APPRECIATE THAT ITS THE 1ST YEAR V65 IN WONDERFUL COSMETIC CONDITION, NEEDING YOUR TLC AND TIME TO FIX THE FUEL DELIVERY ISSUE. WHEN I WAS RUNING THE MOTOR, IT WAS USING THE FUEL THAT I PUT IN THE LINE. IT WAS NOT DRAWING FROM THE TANK UNDER THE SEAT. MAYBE I NEED TO "PRIME" THE PUMP. I DONT KNOW. THERE SHOULD BE NO MIS-UNDERSTANDINGS. YOU NEED TO FIX THE FUEL LINES AND DO SOME MINOR TINKERING LIKE I HAD MENTIONED SEVERAL TIMES.
