NO RESERVE!!!! This is a very rare and solid example of a 1980 MK 1 Ford Fiesta. It's an unfinished project which was being built as a fast road toy. The car has a a 2.0 16v blacktop zetec engine from a focus SVT which has higher compression, better flowing head and forged Pistons. The engine came from a wrecked donor with approx. 50,000 recorded mileage. Comes with a SVT 6 speed transmission also with the same mileage as the engine. The engine also comes d a VVT delete kit . There is a brand new, custom built inlet manifold for the car which houses a set of Yamaha R1 motorbike carbs which are already fiddled with the correct figments, hoses and have been jetted and adjusted by a British restomod specialist. brand new coil pack. This set up will produce 210hp. This will be a head turner. Very rare setup in the states especially. . The engine and trans has been measured and rest fitted. The trans mount has been partially made up and all the materials are there to finish it off. The engine side has been mounted but will need tidying up after engine removal. There will also need to be a torque mount making. The body is very solid and was painted a couple years ago. It requires a driver front floor patch (approx 6" x 6" area) over the center tunnel under dash (approx 10" x 10"). Easy repair and sheet metal is included with the car to complete this. LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY INVESTED...... Interior is all there with the exception of the two front bucket seats, all other(carpet,backseat, back cargo compartment cover,headliner,all gauges,dash, etc etc) is there and in pretty good condition.
