This Jeep has been a one owner vehicle, my 80 year old Moms. And she has been meticulous about caring for this Jeep. Every 3000 miles the oil had been changed from the beginning, every 7,000 miles the tires have been rotated, in April a new muffler and tail pipe was put on in addition to a new Serpentine Belt. The air conditioner works perfectly an its been washed bi-weekly since the beginning of its. life. The vehicle was purchased brand new at Liberty Jeep Auto City in Libertyville, Illinois 60048 - 847-362-2683. Unfortunately there has been a recent tragedy with the vehicle early August 2016. The fuel pump went bad which we are told has now caused the engine to have a problem too. The local mechanic says that cylinder # 2 has no compression. It may have been running too lean and overheated due to fuel pump they believe. There is also a recent issue with the dash board light, it was not working and would cost $50 roughly we were told repair. The car will need to be picked up using a tow truck at buyers expense. We requite a $250.00 deposit and the remainder as cash or papal is acceptable. We have seriously considered fixing the vehicle but due to my Mom's age we have decided to lend her one of our cars instead. It truly is in fantastic condition other than the unfortunate recent problem as stated above.
