LOVE LOVE LOVE the One OWNER New Car Store Trade-Ins!! You will too! Crack open the Factory Original Warranty book and you will see stamp after stamp of Volvo Dealer servicing!! Read on.... Exterior is a spectacular 8+ out of 10 all day on this "Fields Volvo" fresh trade. Below I even took the time to get closeups of the whopping 3 scratches that stood out. Of course there are other teeny tiny chips, as expected (on a car HALF it's age and miles)! I'm no bodyman but I can't see any signs of a major repair or repaint. Zero rust to be seen. Vinyl Cross Country panels are all super clean with no fading or dryness. Headlight lenses look great with only a tad bit of fading up top. No cracks or wetness inside. All exterior lighting works as it should, as you can see. Aside a couple scrapes on the passenger front corner, the bumper covers look awesome. No cracks or repairs. Nothing broken. Even the rear backup sensor system works perfectly!! Above you can see the hood looks great along with the roof below. No damages to point out. Nice and shiny. Minimal rock chips...in fact....minimal meaning hardly any especially when you consider the age and mileage! Below....hard to notice but I point out a couple teeny tiny chips in the windshield. No cracks. No surprises...EVER...with my listings! Above....BRAND NEW TIRES replace the former dealer installed Pirelli versions. Nothing wrong, just worn down and time to replace. The rear Pirelli tires are still intact with 60+% tread left. ALL ride on super duper clean vibration free rims sporting no major damages. Unseen are the BRAND NEW front brakes installed. Rears are easily 75% left...again....no vibrations or noticeable pulsing or grinding. Lookit how pretty this blue is!! What an awesome Volvo specimen! No bumper tag biffs and cracks. No rusty corners or faded plastics. I swear on my excellent feedbacks that I didn't lay a finger on the vinyl. If you have seen older XC70s, you KNOW what I am talking about! No shiesty shine here...just rinsed it off and wiped it dry. Beautiful. Above and below you can see the minor cuts and scratches worth pointing out. The one picture with the couple of dings could easily be dentbusted if desired. Otherwise these are pretty much the only noticeable ones to point out. Above and below...if you look hard you can see the light scrapes on the lower bumper cover. Not cracked or split....just scraped. Onto the excellent interior!! Being a former mom-mobile, I have to give it an 8+ out of 10...mostly because of the handful of vinyl punctures here and there on the doorpanel and the glovebox door. Nothing large enough to merit replacement. Save for a small driver's side corner floormat hole, the carpet looks great with minimal stains. I HATE smoke and can't see or smell any signs of a former smoker. Aside the expected kiddie toys, stale french fries and pet hair, we got the interior looking fantastic armed with our trusty bottle of disinfecting OdoBan!! Below you can see the driver's bolster has nearly zero wear or damages. Headliner looks excellent. Steering wheel, buttons and controls are barely worn. Yours truly even braced up the typical plastic trim crack on the driver's seat!!! Didn't even notice, did you!?! Above and below you can see there are NO DUMMY LIGHTS ON during run and ALL come on during start. No lights on for me ever. Also note the "No Message" logo in the info panel further showing no issues with the vehicle. Finally, note the TripOmeter....this is how many miles that I personally have logged onto the car since I picked it up to ensure it's reliability. I do this with every vehicle I sell....drive at least 100 miles. This one nearly 400. Above you can see the dash is excellent as well as the center console below. Note the BlueTooth microphone above center. The car has dealer installed Volvo BlueTooth panel ready too enjoy. For some reason, because of it's mounting location blocked visually by the steering wheel, I didn't snap a picture of it...but it's there. Nice for hands-free driving. This car is loaded with all the power goodies working properly from what I can tell: power windows, locks, sunroof, heated power mirrors, auto dim rearview, HomeLink, BlueTooth, AM/FM/CD player with center channel, heated power front seating, transmission modes, Hot Heat, ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, dual climate controls, info panels, etc!! If you stare super hard, you can see a couple tiny punctures in the door panel above. Same goes for the other rear door panel. Seats look great in the rear. Note the rear climate system vents in the pillars. Factory issued floormats and rear cargo mat, specific to the Cross Country line, are included and in excellent condition. Cargo cover functions properly. Front and rear license plate frames and bolts. Brake box if needed for warranty purposes. Factory cargo area is in excellent shape as well. No damages to point out on the carpeting, etc. Don't forget the factory Child Safety Booster seats built in!! Both sides are ready for your road trip!! When I mentioned "punctures" in the door panels, some are actually dimples....mostly from the seatbelts not being retracted all the way....child hops out...shuts the door on the seatbelt clasp....dimple...puncture. Note on the edge of panel in pic below. Please understand...you probably wouldn't even notice them, but I do because I'm on my knees cleaning and taking pics. I disclose everything I see. Further down you can see the lower glovebox door. Below: The BEAUTIFUL PILE O' FACTORY AND DEALER ISSUED MANUALS, BOOKS, WARRANTY STAMPS, ORIGINAL $46,xxx WINDOW STICKER, and more!! One factory working keyless keyfob, and one valet key. Bluetooth guides. Original sales business card.Battery card. Oh....and the warranty book stuffed with Volvo Dealer Service Stamps and mileage!! Including the ever important Timing Belt stamp!! Also has the tag installed under the hood. Next belt due on or around 220k miles!! Spotless engine compartment. Spotless. No mess. No signs of major oil or coolant leaks. No overheating. Timing belt replaced from Volvo at 117k. Accessory belt is recently new. Oil is spotless as if it came from the bottle. Open the oil cap...no carbon layers. Coolant looks clean as the day it was new. Engine runs perfectly. Starts right up with the recently replaced Volvo battery. No noises. No smoking from the exhaust. Turbo spools right up on demand and pulls smoothly up to redline if needed. Transmission shifts as it should every time. 400 miles of personal use and never a glitch. Fluid is clean and further inspection shows the oozing orange gasket sealer at the seams of the transmission cases, proving it must have been rebuilt at some point since it doesn't come that way from the factory. ZERO drivetrain noises or vibrations and of course the AWD functions properly. Brakes stop NOW. Suspension is tight with no squeaks, rattles, or pops. No loose steering parts while doing the wiggles and jiggles inspection. Car drives straight and smooth over any pavements with no pulling or wandering. No uneven tire wear on the old tires.
