Up for sale is a nice 65 barracuda. We did a restoration on this car here at our shop. Engine was pulled and rebuilt along with transmission. Engine compartment was painted to match car when engine was out. The engine was also painted after rebuild. The car does not show any signs of rust but I may have over looked something. I would say this car is 90% complete. The chrome is in good shape and many new parts have been added. The floor pans were solid and they are original with no rust holes. This is a southern car and not from up north. The car was supposily red from the factory when we researched the vin. It came in yellow and we changed back to as close as the factory color as we could. The car was completely disassembled when it went to paint. The paint job is driver quality not show quality but shines and look good. There is a crack on the dash pad. The car needs a tie rod end or a little brake work! May have a brake line leak. I'm not sure. It does run and drive. It has new tires. The trunk lock is missing. The interior kick plates( by your feet) are worn since the were made out of cardboard from the factory. The car also needs a muffler.mSo long story short $700 would finish this car for and everyday driver. Do not think this car is a piece of junk because it isn't. We out a lot of time and a lot of money to rebuild this car but we ran out of money to finish it so we need to sell it. Has fender tag and a clear title. We decided to do a resto mod on this car with the red and. Black scheme and it really turns heads going down the road. Please do not bid on this car if you do not have money or you don't need it. I need to sell it ASAP and I'm not setting a reserve so good luck and you will like this car very much. This vehicle is being sold as is with no warranties. I cannot guarantee this because the exhaust manifold are blocking so it's hard to get a picture to post. I do see the numbers 340 though.
