The rumble of this car is superb. It is FAST and a complete blast to drive. It is a head turner for sure ! PAINT: A very brilliant paint job. I call it burnt orange. Well received at car shows and all that see it. Motor: built 350 OHV Chevy motor Pushing 450 horsepower. Holly 4 barrel carburetor Wieand 142 Series Pro-Street Supercharger Dart II cast iron heads Comp Cam part number 11-208-3 Hooker competition headers that dump out the sides in front of rear tires. (the inside wheel wells are out) I have them. Muncie M-21 close ratio 4 speed manual/ Hurst shifter Dodge 8 ¾ rear end with 3.90 ratio. Posi traction, Traction bars. New suspension and front disc brakes. New Interior- floor, seats, roof. New carpet in trunk. The front seats are buckets and adjustable, and there are front seat belts only. New high quality carbon window tinting. The tint darkness is legal, and the front tint is lighter than the back. Nice look ! New wiring, new gas tank, under belly painted. Original gas tank lock with keys. Nice wide tires on back and smaller on front. This nice mix of “ OLD SCHOOL” and “NEW SCHOOL”. The restoration has been done approx. 300 miles ago. This car is not in perfect condition, it is a driver ! This car is made to enjoy and cruise to your favorite drive-in diner, or outside movie venue, car shows, or take on Sunday drives. Some car enthusiasts desire a 1955 Chevrolet (Chevy), others a 1956, or 1957 Chevy Belair. 55 Chevy's have become in great demand and hold their value good. PARTS: I have 2 bumpers that are not finished, some old heaters cores, and the inner front metal wheel wells that can go with the car. Condition and minor issues: The odometer is not connected. It worked last time it was connected. The fuel gauge works but not 100% accurate. There is a small fabric spot on passenger bucket seat. Clock on dashboard does not work. The heater was taken out, not really needed, but I have some old heater cores that you can have. PAINT: It is a good paint job. There are normal chips and a few small dings and scratches. Had a professional detail done on the paint last year and it has a brilliant mirror finish shine. The pictures do NOT show all the brilliant shine on the body. Folks, this is a 61 year old classic.
