I personally have owned multiple M3's and the E46 aggressive body styling takes it up another notch. It has all the bells and whistles: Harmon Kardon sound with a single CD and 6 disc CD changer in the trunk, power convertible top (no issues), M sport steering wheel, M sport style seats, xenon headlights, 6 speed sequential manual gearbox w/ paddle shift, rear LED tail lights, 19-inch M sport premium alloy wheels, weather tech floor mats, tinted windows all around, and traction control. Tires are almost new and a brand new fuel pump was installed a few weeks ago. The car has been well maintained over the years. The body is in nice shape but does have some wear and tear for being 13 years old. (Please don't expect a 13 year old vehicle to be brand new) The top works perfect every time and I have never had any issues with it. The car runs and drives very well and the motor is super strong. The original MSRP sticker was almost $63k! Would make a perfect summer vehicle! I also have the books & manuals with the original window sticker the car came with.
