My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2003 Volvo V70. I would rate the exterior of this wagon to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking estate. It is finished in black over tan. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific V70, the worst I can point out on the exterior is a light scrape mark by the RR tail light. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Michelin's with good tread all around. This V70 is a fresh NEW VOLVO TRADE and shows pride in ownership from front to back, inside and out. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this V70 looks. I would also rate the interior of this V70 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan interior contrasts nicely against the black exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are soft, supple and show well for their age. The power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seats all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature setting for the driver and passenger. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and sounds great. There is an in-dash CD player and steering wheel audio controls. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This V70 is equipped with the optional 3rd row seat, which folds flat when not in use. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Volvo. Mechanically, this V70 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L inline five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect operating temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights or warning messages present. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with absolutely no issues. The worst I can say about this Volvo is an occasional little rattle in the exhaust (most likely just a heat shield loose) that is audible once in a while. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a Volvo wagon that is clean and well cared for, this V70 deserves your careful consideration. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2003 Volvo V70. I would rate the exterior of this wagon to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking estate. It is finished in black over tan. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific V70, the worst I can point out on the exterior is a light scrape mark by the RR tail light. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Michelin's with good tread all around. This V70 is a fresh NEW VOLVO TRADE and shows pride in ownership from front to back, inside and out. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this V70 looks.
I would also rate the interior of this V70 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan interior contrasts nicely against the black exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are soft, supple and show well for their age. The power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seats all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature setting for the driver and passenger. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and sounds great. There is an in-dash CD player and steering wheel audio controls. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This V70 is equipped with the optional 3rd row seat, which folds flat when not in use. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Volvo.
Mechanically, this V70 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L inline five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect operating temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights or warning messages present. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with absolutely no issues. The worst I can say about this Volvo is an occasional little rattle in the exhaust (most likely just a heat shield loose) that is audible once in a while. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a Volvo wagon that is clean and well cared for, this V70 deserves your careful consideration. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
