Up for sale is this gorgeous 1993 Chevrolet Corvette. This car has always been garaged and has been owned by adult professionals who never abused it. I recently purchased this car for my Mother and her husband who have always wanted a Vette of this era. Honestly, after this car came out of the local Chevrolet dealership (New Smyrna Chevrolet) running flawlessly; it has proven to be a bit too much performance then they are looking for at their age. Why did I take the car to the Chevrolet dealer? Well, it ran fine when I purchased it but I wanted the car checked before I sent my mom down the road. If you know these C4 Corvettes with the LT1 engine, then you know that some of the opti spark systems (basically a distributor built under the water pump) were problematic. Long story short; we decided to have the new (updated version) opti spark system installed, and while they were at it I had them install a new water pump and go over the entire vehicle to ensure that it was mechanically solid (I can tell you – IT IS!) -optispark and water-pump installed at Chevy dealer: over $1000 value-car now has (4) BRAND NEW Nitto “Z” rated tires over $750.00 value. -I would have to say that this car is as solid as they come and is ready to drive and enjoy. -all gauges work as they should-a/c blows cold – heat blows warm-engine is smooth and strong-transmission shifts as it should-the interior is in great condition; the driver seat does have some minor wear on the outer portion, see pictures, the rest of the interior is in great shape-has the bose/delco sound system the cd player does not work – all else works good-the paint on this car is absolutely gorgeous and shows almost no signs of age at all.-body is straight and right-no interior leaks (not like it gets driven in the rain anyways)-drives well— goes and stops fine-steering and handling is greatAdditional pictures are available upon request.
