FANTASTIC 2002 BOOM TRIKE FOR SALE AT AN EXCEPTIONAL PRICE Here is your chance to grab a very nice Boom Trike at an exceptional price. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION SO THE MINIMUM BID COULD BUY IT !! I bought this Boom Trike in the later part of 2015. I wanted to do some work on it, and took it directly to renowned VW special Lance Hendrick's Motiv Works to go through everything. Even with only a bit over 6k miles on the speedo, we decided to put on new heads, valves, guides, rebuilt the dual Weber cards, heavy tune up and much more just to make sure everything was good. All the chrome tins on the mottor were also replaced with new. Before it was even ridden, I installed brand new saddlebags and a tour pak that can be left as is, or wired into the existing lights and have more LED visibility. Small LED chrome backup lights were added as well as red LED running lights. Custom billet headlights replaced the stock chrome ones. New handlebar grips will be installed before pickup, they just weren't on the bike for pictures. The brakes were inspected and are fine and the tires have many thousands of miles left on them. A complete purple LED lighting system with remote works perfectly. A new exhaust replaced the factory stock system which not only makes the trike a bit louder, but increased performance as well. The brake and clutch pedals are adjustable from the shortest to tallest person, but right now in the taller rider position. Now that the trike has been totally 100% gone through and updated and ready to bring home, I sold my house and five car garage and have absolutely no place to put it or store it. It is currently being stored in a climate controlled garage at Hendricks Motive Works. There is a similar 2006 Boom Trike on Craig's List with 20,000 more miles on it and a $23,000 price tag. New, this trike was close to $27,000. At the start it now price of $7,995, this is an absolute steal. You can pick the trike up, arrange shipping, or just ride it home.
