Very clean, spiffy looking Vespa. Good tires. Original owner, who has not used it for two years, is now elderly. Driven locally on very nice roads for pleasure, and never in winter, rain, or snow. Monroe is famous for good pavement, unlike our neighbors. A new battery was installed two years ago. Does not start, but battery is fully charged. Hardly any gas in tank. Maybe that's it. Comes with owner's manual. You cannot test drive this because it does not start. Winner must arrange for delivery. We will not deliver. Clear title. Sold without warranty as is. So ask questions. Obviously, this Vespa is going to need work, which is reflected in the opening price. I have no use for it and want it out of the garage.
